No. The Reborn Island Regional Leader and Founder Regional Leader opportunity is an entrepreneurial cooperation, not an employment relationship.

Do I have to pay for the region?

No. There is no Regional Leader franchise fee, no territory fee, no Regional Leader entry fee and no monthly system fee attached to the Regional Leader role. Your most important investment is your knowledge, your time, your relationships and your execution.

Are business results guaranteed?

No. Actual income depends on partner activity, real turnover, the market and the current cooperation and compensation terms. Business results are not guaranteed.

What do the 160, 240 and 2,000 salon figures mean?

They are business goals and do not represent the current actual size of the network, except where explicitly stated.

Do I get ownership in the salons?

No. The Regional Leader's economic interest does not mean ownership in the salon partners' businesses. Any share related to approved supplier product turnover is always governed by the applicable contractual and compensation terms.
